Lopez, Sabine (Ladiana)

Lopez, Sabine (Ladiana), jazz singer, choreographer; b. Rio de Janeiro, 1961.

Her parents were artists in music and art. She came from a family of artists and gipsys. She got her education in Rio and Berlin and began working in Berlin/Germany as a singer and choreographer. She sings bossa nova, jazz sambas, swing, jazz, and "Tonfilmschlager" (German Film music of the 30s-60s) of the UFA Ara.

Bands she's played in include: Brazilian Romance, Night Club Swing Orchestra, and Salonorchester Berlin.

She now lives in South Germany.
