Pisko, Agata

Pisko, Agata, vocals; b. Krakow, Poland, 15 May 1973.

She studied with Mark Murphy, Sheila Jordan, Jay Clayton, Marguerite Juenemann, Laurie Antonioli, Marek Balata, and Seth Riggs' Speech Level Singing Teachers between 1990 and 2004. She studied at the University of Music and dramatic art, Graz, Austria as well as Jagiellonian University In Krakow, Poland.

Played with different music groups in the United States (student group - International Trio), Poland (Agata Pisko Jazz Formation) and Austria. Participated in various jazz festivals in Austria and Poland, workshops (as a teaching assistant and faculty member - International Summer Jazz Academy in Krakow - Summer 1999, 2001,2,3,4) and vocal contests.

She's the leader of the Agata Pisko Trio. She currently lives in Graz, Austria.
