Worsdale, Maggie

Worsdale, Maggie, jazz singer; b. Baltimore, MD, 10 April 1960.  While she was an infant her family moved to Allentown, NJ, and then to Hightstown, NJ.  Her father (1932-1984) was John A. Selecky.  Her mother (1932-2003) was Claire Anne Doris Selecky.  She has 4 sisters and 2 brothers; Joan Selecky, Anne Havens, Elizabeth Selecky, Mary Hansen, Philip Selecky and James Selecky.  Worsdale graduated from the Peddie School in 1978 and from Marietta College (BA in English and Drama) in 1982.  She traveled the country working as an actress/singer.  In 1988, she married Tom Worsdale. Career Highlights include performing with Bob Hope, George Burns, Mark Russell. She has performed in many of the most noted clubs in the US.
